Webnex Solutions provides services including but not limited to website development, software development, UI/UX design, SEO, and digital solutions. The scope of each project will be defined in a separate agreement or proposal.
Clients must provide complete and accurate information, content, and materials required for project completion. We are not responsible for delays caused by missing or incorrect information provided by the client.
All payments must be made according to the agreed proposal or invoice. Work will begin only after receiving the required advance payment. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.
We provide revisions based on the selected package. Any additional changes outside the agreed scope may incur extra charges.
After full payment, the final delivered project will belong to the client. Webnex Solutions reserves the right to display completed projects in its portfolio unless agreed otherwise.
Both parties agree to keep all project-related information, business data, and documents confidential and will not share them with any third party without consent.
Webnex Solutions will not be responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or website.
We reserve the right to terminate any project or service if the client violates these terms or engages in unlawful activity.
Webnex Solutions may update or modify these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Continued use of our services means acceptance of the updated terms.
